This is an old hotel in the centre of Berwick which has been renovated and upgraded to a very high standard.The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. The dining room and bar were above the average. The staff were friendly, helpful and competent. Altogether a very pleasant stay. - James A
Had 3 nights found staff very friendly,dining and drinking were both pleasent with good choice in both the restaurant and bar..Location good we arrived by train and walked taking about 15 mins. Can be at the riverside in less than 5 mins from hotel, enjoyed our stay. - D
