Walking through the space to the private bar upstairs, you'll be welcomed by our handcrafted solid oak bar serving local tipples as well as all of your favourites, an impressive chandelier and wonderfully modern and decadent design.

It's a great space for evening dancing and there's even a Juliet balcony, sitting on top of the bookcase holding Charles Dickens first editions .

The Dickens Suite is suitable for small intimate gatherings perfectly suited for small weddings, birthday parties and baby showers.

If you wish to hold your ceremony with us you will be required to contact the Superintendent Registrar at Northumberland Council to confirm they are able to attend and conduct the ceremony on your chosen date.
