Welcome to The Kings Arms Weddings and Events

Going upstairs into The Assembly Rooms, natural light floods in through the two large side windows. This creating an airy and light space that can seat up to 140 guests.
Walking through the space to the private bar upstairs, you'll be welcomed by our handcrafted solid oak bar serving local tipples as well as all of your favourites, an impressive chandelier and wonderfully modern and decadent design.
It's a great space for evening dancing and there's even a Juliet balcony, sitting on top of the bookcase holding Charles Dickens first editions .
The Dickens Suite is suitable for small intimate gatherings perfectly suited for small weddings, birthday parties and baby showers.
If you wish to hold your ceremony with us you will be required to contact the Superintendent Registrar at Northumberland Council to confirm they are able to attend and conduct the ceremony on your chosen date.

Saturday 21st March - Queen Tribute Night

Featuring one of the UK's best Queen Tribute Bands "Queen - One Vision". Fresh from a UK tour, they are visiting us for one night only!

The Night includes:

Saturday 9th May - Mamma Mia Bottomless Brunch

Featuring a recent winner of "Best Tribute Band in the UK", Kiss The Teacher - ABBA Tribute will be entertaining you while you eat and receive unlimited* drinks for 2 hours.
